Frequently Asked Questions
How often is my queue updated?
Your queue is updated each weekday morning, typically around 7:00 AM in your firm's local time zone. Contact Ainsworth Digital to request weekend coverage or expedited delivery.
Can I request a specific district or case type?
Yes. Contact your account manager at info@ainsworth.digital to adjust district coverage, case type filtering, or priority thresholds. Changes typically take effect within one business day.
What does the Opportunity Score mean?
The Opportunity Score is a fixed value tied to each case's Priority tier — Immediate 94, High 78, Medium 61, Low 42 — not a per-case weighted calculation. It's a relative sorting aid, not a probability, valuation, or outcome estimate.
How do I add another user to my firm's portal?
User management is handled by Ainsworth Digital. Contact info@ainsworth.digital with the new user's name, email, and role. New accounts are provisioned within one business day.
Why don't I see an estimated fee value on opportunities?
Fee practice varies by district. Some bankruptcy courts publish a presumptively reasonable ("no-look") Chapter 13 fee; others, including the Northern District of Georgia, expressly do not — fees there must be reasonable under 11 U.S.C. § 330 and the ethical requirements of the State Bar of Georgia.
Ainsworth Digital displays a fee benchmark only where the district publishes one and we have verified it against the court's current order. Where no published benchmark exists, we show the case data — mortgage balance, arrears, prior filings, dismissal history — and leave the fee assessment to your firm.
You can record your own expected fee on any opportunity in the Work Log tab. Those figures, and only those figures, drive the retained-value reporting on your Results page.

Staff Workload & Capacity
Active Caseload excludes Retained/Closed matters. At-Risk/Overdue reuses the same Needs Attention logic shown on the dashboard. Status: On Track (no at-risk matters), At Risk (some), Overloaded (at-risk matters are 1/3+ of the active caseload). An Unassigned row appears whenever active opportunities have no staff member assigned yet.
